Hi, we’re from MMK Design Studio looking a Event Production.
As a multi-discipline creative agency we handles a large variety of works, ranging from creating artworks like key visuals to experimental digital branding to big event activations.
Responsibilities :
- Fully in charge with timeline production, from composing to execution.
- Arrange and Managing Production Flow from A to Z.
- Seeking, Negotiating with all production vendor.
- Venue scouting and handling.
- Responsible for accuracy and deadline of each production.
- Managing all fields coordination with all department.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
- Came from similar industry. (Advertising / Event management / Promotor)
- Required skill(s): High Lobby and negotiation ability, good in production technique, creative, discipline, able to work under pressure (deadline), Very good at Teamwork, Broad knowledge of place of interest on every major Indonesian cities.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work outside normal hours.
