Full job description
- Monitor and ensure the opening and closing procedures for the butchery and production areas
- Cleaning and Sanitizing of all work surfaces
- Pick up of supplies and provisions from store rooms
- Minimum two years’ experience in the butchery/culinary field
- Ability to follow all standard recipes independently, while properly handling all butchery equipment and tools
