Full job description
Our Client is currently opening a restaurant in Bali and now looking for a talented professional Sous Chef to join the team in Uluwatu, Bali.
Requirements:
· 2-3 years experience in a similar position
· HACCP Knowlegable
· Have high capability of planning, organizing, problem solving, staff managing and time management
· Fully competent in all areas of kitchen management
· Prepare and produce high quality food using standard recipes and portions set by company qualification
· Professional Proficient in English
Key Responsibilities:
· Leading and supervising the kitchen team, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen staff, to ensure efficient and high-quality food production.
· Implementing and maintaining strict quality control standards to ensure the highest levels of food quality and safety.
· Stay updated with culinary trends and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

- D1-D4 (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sous Chef: 1 year (Preferred)
