Full job description
Saltlick, a fine dining steakhouse developed by Kudeta, is seeking a passionate and skilled Demi Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is perfect for culinary professionals with experience in both hot and cold kitchens, ready to bring their expertise to our esteemed restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present dishes in the hot and cold sections to the highest standards.
- Assist in the development and creation of menu items.
- Ensure all food preparation and presentation align with our quality and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a seamless operation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a hot section and lard (cold kitchen).
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients and meat.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A passion for culinary excellence and continuous learning.
