We're Hiring: Field Education Consultant – East Jakarta Placement
CNL Books is looking for a passionate and results-driven Field Education Consultant to lead our Seales team and drive business growth in the education sector. If you're a leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strong background in sales strategy, this opportunity is for you!
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage day-to-day sales operations and ensure target achievement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational institutions.
• Present Pearson products and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
• Identify business opportunities and create effective promotional initiatives.
• Plan and execute sales strategies in alignment with company targets.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of the sales team regularly.
• Ensure excellence in promotional and client engagement activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably as a Sales Manager.
• Strong knowledge in sales and marketing strategies.
• Excellent in communication, negotiation, presentation, and analytical thinking.
• Demonstrated leadership with experience in managing a team.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Willing to be placed in East Jakarta.
