Requirements:
Min. SMA preferably in Culinary or hospitality school or equivalent
Min 3 years’ experience in same field position
Experts cooks in Asian & Western Food
Strong leadership qualities to manage the kitchen team and work effectively under pressure
Proficient in various cooking techniques, plating, and kitchen management
Ability to innovate and create new dishes
Willingness to work on weekends or holidays as needed
Placement in Gading Serpong - Tangerang
Job Description:
Manage kitchen operations including preparation, plating, and service
Collaborate on new menu development and recipe creation
Organize, train, and lead the kitchen team
