Shishi Izakaya Lounge & Nightclub Bali is seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented chef with strong leadership abilities and a passion for Asian fusion cuisine to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to maintain consistency and efficiency.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with recipes, presentation guidelines, and health and safety standards.
  • Support in menu planning, inventory control, and cost management.
  • Train, motivate, and develop junior kitchen staff.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume restaurant or hospitality venue.
  • Strong culinary background, preferably with experience in Asian or fusion cuisine.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of kitchen operations, hygiene standards, and inventory control.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Experience:
