Role & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound in the system
- Conduct routine control of the pending fulfillment order status
- Coordinate closely with the distribution about the fulfillment of SO
- Create and deliver DO accurately on time and distribute to the related departments
- Manage daily scheduling of goods delivery
- Provide general administrative support to the warehouse and logistics teams.
Qualification
- Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or logistic related major
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as warehouse admin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), experience with ERP/WMS systems is a plus
- Have skills related to Supply Chain Management/Warehouse Management
- Strong administrative and communication skills
