Job Description
- Analyze legal cases and identify barriers to progress
- Create materials for judges, draft legal submissions, and prepare press releases
- Work with internal and external parties to handle cases
- Represent the company in court hearings
- Give legal advice to management
- Maintain case dockets and records of case progress
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in law
- Holding an advocate license
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
- Flexibility, proactivity, and self-motivation
- Detail orientation
