Requirement
- Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in IT SysAdmin / IT Operations / Infrastructure fields of work.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Informatics Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.25.
- Understanding of IT systems and processes.
- Strong technical knowledge of Network and Server Operating System.
- Having good knowledge of scripting (CLI and SQL) and programming.
- Basic knowledge on Data Security and Cyber Security basics.
- Vast experience on Mikrotik, Switches, VM, HA, and Enterprise Backup Solution.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversees and maintains all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure, including performances, health and automate backup at operational levels.
- Responsible for ensuring a smooth operations of all IT Systems including Networks (Firewalls, IP Segments, etc.), Hardwares (Development, Networking and Security devices) Servers (VPS, Baremetal or offshore Backups), and Services (which may include third-party software and/or own-developed).
- Contributing development of IT Department policies and scalability. Coordinate with the internal IT Department for IT services provided in the company.
- Act as L2 support and make smooth transition to L1 for any services operated in the company by providing guide and documented troubleshoot procedure.
- Contribute to the IT Related Project.
- Liaise with vendors and coordinate with the superior.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the IT infrastructure's efficiency and development.
