Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Research and Development Staff (R&D) to join our innovative team in Jakarta. In this role, you will support the design, development, and testing of new products while enhancing existing solutions to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your contributions will play a vital role in driving the technological advancements of our smart home offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of new smart home products and technology enhancements.
• Conduct experiments and tests, analyze results, and document findings to contribute to ongoing product improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Research market trends and emerging technologies to identify innovative solutions for product development.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, including specifications, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• Interested and experience in the world of IoT (Internet of Things) preferred.
• Familiarity with research methodologies, product design, and development processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and derive meaningful insights.
• Basic understanding of electronics and embedded systems is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using standard software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, CAD tools, or similar applications.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
