- REQUIREMENTS:
- 1. Passionate about beauty and content creation on Instagram, TikTok, or other social platforms
- 2. Creative mindset with a strong interest in storytelling, trends, and digital media
- 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills a team player
- 4. Eager to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude
- 5. Detail-oriented and organized, with basic time management skills
- JOB DESC:
- 1. Assist in planning and developing content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
- 2. Support in analyzing content performance (engagement, reach, etc.) and brainstorming improvements
- 3. Take trendy, aesthetic photos/videos (you can even be the model!)
- 4. Learn and use editing tools like InShot, VN, or similar apps
- 5. Help write basic captions or content in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- 6. Stay up to date with beauty trends, TikTok/Instagram algorithms, and content strategies
