Villa Manager
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of villas, ensuring exceptional service standards, guest satisfaction, property maintenance, and efficient staff coordination. This role involves both administrative and hands-on tasks, making it critical for the manager to lead by example while ensuring a luxurious guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
Ensure a warm welcome and personalized service to guests.
Handle guest check-ins/outs at any hour (morning, day, or late night), special requests, complaints, and feedback.
Arrange excursions, transportation, dining reservations, and activities as needed.
Staff Management:
Train, supervise, and schedule villa staff (housekeepers, chefs, maintenance, etc.).
Conduct regular performance reviews and staff meetings.
Foster a positive, professional, and service-oriented team environment.
Operations and Administration:
Oversee housekeeping, food and beverage services, maintenance, and security.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle guest communications before and after stays.
Property Maintenance:
Coordinate repairs and regular upkeep to maintain the villa at luxury standards.
Supervise landscaping, pool maintenance, and technical systems.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury hospitality or property management.
Proven experience in managing high-end properties or villas.
Skills & Competencies:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
