- Job Description of Gardener Gravity Bali
- Maintaining the garden included plants, transplants, fertilizes, applies chemicals, waters, prunes, and weeds flower beds and plant areas.
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety of the garden and pool area, enforcing pool rules, ensuring a pleasant and secure environment, and monitoring equipment.
- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
- Uphold company policies regarding pool usage and guest behavior.
- Performs a variety of general repair and maintenance tasks around a home or property
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
2+ years in the same position especially in the hospitality industry.
Sufficient knowledge of garden and pool maintenance.
Ability to use hand and power tools.
Ability to perform ground maintenance tasks.
Attention to detail in cleanliness and safety enforcement.
Good physical stamina.
