Detail Pekerjaan
- Campaign Development & Execution: Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns to drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and success.
- Create compelling campaign content, including copywriting.
- Community Management: Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a vibrant and active online community.
- Manage and moderate community platforms, including WhatsApp groups, forums, and social media channels.
- Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Identify and cultivate community advocates and influencers.
- Organize and facilitate online and offline community events and activities.
- Monitor community sentiment and identify potential issues or crises.
- Content Creation & Curation: Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
- Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and relevant content delivery.
- Optimize content for search engines and social media platforms. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to campaign performance and community engagement.
- Generate regular reports on campaign results, community growth, and engagement metrics.
- Use data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Persyaratan Keahlian
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and community management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing and moderating online communities.
- Experience with WhatsApp community management is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective marketing and community engagement strategies. Creative Idea Generation: Ability to generate innovative and engaging campaign ideas. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Community Building: Ability to foster a vibrant and active online community. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve campaign performance and community engagement.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., WA Official and Email blast tools). Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) are a plus. Personal Attributes: Highly motivated and results oriented. Creative and innovative thinker. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail. Passion for building and engaging communities.
