Detail Pekerjaan

  • Make outgoing calls and remind customers to make installment payments.
  • Validate customer data and call result reports.
  • Explain the terms and conditions of the installment payment process and other needs.

Persyaratan Keahlian

  • Experienced as a Desk Collection Agent.
  • Experience in the Banking area is an advantage.
  • Having an SPPI Certificate in the field of collection is a Mandatory.
  • Able to adapt and target-oriented.
  • Have good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
  • Able to join ASAP.

Tingkat Pendidikan

  • Min. education Diploma or Bachelor.
