Detail Pekerjaan

  • Develop event calendars aligned with brand goals and member engagement targets.
  • Ideate creative campaign concepts (webinars, workshops, competitions, etc.) to foster deeper brand affinity and active member participation.
  • Plan reward-based or gamified activation programs to boost event participation.
  • Coordinate logistics, venues, suppliers, and internal teams for both online and offline events.
  • Manage virtual event platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and integrate engagement tools (polls, breakout rooms, live chat).
  • Ensure all events follow brand tone, visual identity, and messaging.
  • Develop event kits (banners, posters, swag, decks) in collaboration with the creative and marketing teams.
  • Source and negotiate with strategic partners to enhance event value and reach.
  • Conduct post-event analysis: attendance, satisfaction, engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Gather feedback and prepare reports to optimize future events.

Persyaratan Keahlian

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Experience in running membership-based programs or communities.
  • Background in brand activation, experiential marketing, or loyalty programs.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and social media for event promotion.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in event planning, brand activation, or community engagement.
  • Experience with both digital and physical event management.

Tingkat Pendidikan

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, or a related field.
