Responsibilities
Provide ICT Solution and Design of Indosat’s service for enterprise customer as follow:
- Solution architect for ICT infra, Network, and IoT solution.
- Assist sales team to assess the customers’ technical requirement.
- Create the technical solution design and cost analysis as a reference for sales offering and implementation process
- Ensure that the technical solution & design is valid and implementable.
Requirements
Qualification:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Presales or Solution Architect, with a proven track
- Prior working experience in ICT Solution Provider/System Integrator/ICT Principal companies.
- University graduate majoring in Information Engineering/Computer Science/Information System, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, or other related major
- Preferably certified in ICT Infrastructure, Network, or ICT Security.
- Able to work under limited direction and use initiative and judgment
- Flexible and adaptable in under pressure situations and meet short and longterm deadlines
- Good in analytical and planning skill to translate customer requirement into matching product & solution
- Willing to be placed in Batam
Skill & Competence
- Able to design both ICT Infra (server, storage, firewall, network) and Telco (Connectivity, Internet, M2M)
- Expertise in Cloud/IoT/Application is a plus.
- Able to run and manage the project in term of enterprise service
Business Acumen
- Understand and know the Market Segment of Enterprise Service
- Understand the concept of basic business calculations
Communication Skill
- Has a good communication skill in Bahasa and English
- Has a good presentation skill
- Fluent in English, having sound verbal and written communication, strong negotiation presentation and report writing skills
