Job Description:
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
- Manage daily retail operations, including stock, inventory, and store activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and financial reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, customers, and management.
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education D3 or equivalent.
- Experience with retail management systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and
- English.
- Experience in training and coaching team members.
- Willing to be based in Denpasar, Bali.
