Role Descriptions This full-time, on-site position is for an Education Consultant in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Education Consultant will be responsible for converting potential student leads into The Lab Indonesia students. To increase sales conversions, you must conduct rigorous follow-ups (e.g., sales call, WhatsApp, sales presentation during Trial Class) with all leads. The Education Consultant will also work with the school, education, and other corporate groups to increase sales revenue. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field 3+ years of experience in direct sales, sales training, or a related field, preferably from Education-related business Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia Demonstrated ability to deliver convincing presence & consistent sales performance Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, processes, and techniques Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with the Instructor’s team to understand their needs and develop student’s schedule Ability to maintain a positive attitude and bring energy and enthusiasm Ability to think "outside the box" to develop promotional contents that will help to boost sales
