Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Accounting and Tax Officer to support our financial operations.
This role involves overseeing all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, tax compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and taxation, with excellent analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:
-
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll in accordance with Indonesian financial regulations.

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax laws.

Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to senior management, ensuring they meet local regulatory requirements.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Lead the budgeting process, including the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts with consideration for Indonesian economic conditions and tax regulations.

Monitor financial performance against budgets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions, particularly in relation to tax liabilities and local market conditions.

Indonesian Tax Compliance and Planning:

Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns in Indonesia, including corporate income tax (PPh 21), PPH 4 ayat 2, PPH 23, PPH 25, PPH 26, VAT (PPN), payroll taxes, and other local taxes.
3) Indonesian Tax Compliance and Planning (lanjutan):

Develop tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws, including staying updated on changes in tax regulations and policies.

Liaise with Indonesian tax authorities (e.g., Direktorat Jenderal Pajak) for tax audits, disputes, and other tax-related matters.
4) Financial Reporting:

Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Indonesian accounting principles and applicable international standards (e.g., IFRS).

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, incorporating requirements specific to Indonesian regulations.
5) Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with all relevant Indonesian financial laws and regulations, including anti-corruption and anti-money laundering regulations.

Identify and mitigate financial risks, particularly those related to changes in Indonesian tax policies and economic conditions, implementing risk management strategies where necessary.
