Job Description:
Responsibilities :
- Develop finance, accounting, tax, audit &investment strategy, planning&budgeting.
- Direct finance &accounting activities/functions, including but not limited to day-to-day operational accounting, FP&A, taxes, cash flow management investment ,audit and financial reporting.
- Set F&A governance and compliance policies.
- Evaluate and ensure financial reporting's accuracy and deadline is met.
- Provide insightful analysis relating to key business decisions for both management and group financial stakeholders.
- S e t annual budgets, forecasts and analysis
- Directing improvements on financial risk and control processes, responses to internal and external audit concerns, and set appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.
- Direct treasury management and hedging functions activities.
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities
Requirements
- Min. Master degree in Finance or /Accounting or Tax.
- Min 20 years experience and proven accomplishment in finance, accounting, and tax fields, finance controller&audit experiences; which
min 5 years of it as Finance Director. - Professional-level fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of Strategic Management, strategic finance ,accounting, tax, compliance standards, &audit management.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a-proactive approach problem and conflict-resolution.
