Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the Supply Chain Department and develop supply chain strategies and policies.
- Manage both import and export operations in compliance with government regulations.
- Oversee relationships with both overseas and local suppliers to ensure optimal sourcing.
- Supervise warehouse and inventory management to maintain efficiency and stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with management to align supply chain activities with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree.
- Strong knowledge of the manufacturing industry, preferably within the hydraulic sector.
- Experience working in or familiarity with the Bekasi regional area is an advantage.
- Previous experience working with Chinese manufacturing companies is a plus.
- Well-versed in Indonesian government regulations related to import-export and manufacturing.
- Proficient in using ERP or SAP systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Willing to travel both domestically and internationally.
- Must possess a valid car driving license (SIM A).
