Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape and analyze data to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities for growth.
• Monitor and analyze competitors' products, strategies, and market positioning. and identify strengths and weaknesses relative to competitors
• Develop long-term product strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and create roadmaps that outline the product vision, goals, and key initiatives
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to drive product innovation and foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and use customer insights to refine product features and improve user experience
• Identify potential risks associated with product strategies and develop mitigation plans and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Requirements :

• Have minimum 5 years work experience in Digital Payment System Product(Point of Sales,Digital Banking Solution )
• Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop long-term strategies and translate them into actionable plans
• Market Research and Analysis : Proficiency in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights
• Financial Acumen : Understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Project Management:Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Innovation and Creativity:Ability to think creatively and develop innovative product ideas
• Customer Focus:Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors
• Bachelor Degree from any major
