Job Description:
- Handle construction , Procurement until handling over (complain).
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Planning and managing construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Supervising construction teams and subcontractors daily
- Handling real estate project/landed house
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture major.
- Minimum 6 years experience in Project Management, or 2 years experience in same field, preferably in Property & Developer Company.
- Must have excellent knowledge of property industry and project management, preferably in commercial building.
- Computer Literacy (MS. Office, AutoCAD, Ms. Project, ICT, etc).
- Good communication and supervisory skill.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.

- Can be from Construction Consultant
- Understand Planning Procurement & Design
- Min Project 100 landed house & up with ranging price of >1-2B Rp
