Are you passionate about data and interested in CRM? Join our team as a CRM Support Intern and gain hands-on experience in managing customer data and supporting CRM initiatives.
Requirements:
Active university student or recent graduate (S1) open to SMA/SMK graduates with relevant interest
Strong interest in CRM and data management
Comfortable working with basic tools like Excel and Google Sheets
Attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, & open to learning new tools, data practices, and CRM strategies during the internship.
What You'll Do:
Assist in managing and updating customer databases
Perform data cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency
Prepare customer data reports for internal use
Coordinate with relevant teams for data updates or additional information.
