Job description:

Proactively identify and approach potential clients through various channels (calls, emails, networking, events, etc.).

Follow up consistently with prospects to convert interest into actual deals.

Conduct detailed research to identify new opportunities and develop relevant sales strategies or promotions.

Design and implement sales programs tailored to client needs, industry trends, and business. goals.

Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market demands.

Adjust strategies dynamically based on real-time feedback and performance data.

Gain a deep understanding of both our products and partners' services.

Leverage this knowledge to create compelling, win-win partnership proposals.

Educate potential clients and partners about how our solution fits their specific needs.

Conduct client meetings (online/offline), showcasing our offerings and handling objections with empathy and clarity.

Provide a seamless end-to-end experience-from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale relationship nurturing.

Drive consistent sales growth by hitting individual and team targets.

Build strong relationships that encourage client retention and recurring business.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of working or internship experience in business development, sales, marketing, or related roles.

Preferably from a similar industry (edutech, digital learning, or tech-based services).

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

Strong ability to conduct market research and analyze customer/industry insights.

Target-oriented and motivated by results-comfortable working with monthly/quarterly goals.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Bahasa Indonesia & English).

Tech-savvy: confident using Excel/Google Sheets for data processing and reporting.

Comfortable using digital tools such as CRM systems, email automation, and productivity platforms.

Able and willing to meet clients based on their availability (including after hours or weekends, if needed).

Strong interpersonal skills, with a positive and professional demeanor.

Growth mindset, highly adaptable, and eager to learn.
