Overview:
The Class Manager for Corporate Training is responsible for overseeing the delivery and evaluation of corporate training programs. This role ensures a seamless learning experience for participants, manages administrative tasks, coordinates with trainers, and tracks training outcomes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to fostering a productive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for participants throughout the training process.
Facilitate communication and provide support before, during, and after training sessions.
Monitor attendance and address participant queries promptly.
Ensure all training materials and resources are available and organized.
Collect and analyze feedback from participants and trainers to assess program effectiveness.
Prepare reports on attendance, performance metrics, and training outcomes.
Requirements:
. Domicilied in Jabodetabek area
. Able to conduct a part time for at least 5 months
GPA > 3.0
. Have a good communication skill
. Have an ability to turn unsatisfied customers into a valuable resource
. Good analytical thinking
High attention to detail and fast response
. Passionate to gain more insights about education and learning program
. Have a keen interest in topic training is a plus
. Have an experience as coordinator fasilitator is a plus!
. Have a keen understanding or want to learn of soft skill (communication, leadership, critical thinking, ect) and hard skill (excel, Al, data analytic, ect) is a plus!
