---Execute Sales strategic plans in Consultation, Training and other related businesses across industries

-Achieve target and close deal.

-Experience and good network in B2B industries.

-Maintain sales pipeline, prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and achieve revenue targets.

-Conduct client needs assessments, especially related to ISO consultation and certification.

-Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and client meetings.

Qualifications for IT Sales Manager in an ISO-Certified Company

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

MBA or postgraduate diploma in Sales, Marketing, or IT (preferred).

Professional Experience

5+ years in IT sales B2B, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Experience in selling IT solutions (software, services, infrastructure, cybersecurity, etc.).

Proven success in B2B sales, especially within regulated or ISO-certified industries.

Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 27001 for information security, ISO 20000 for IT service management).
