Full job description
Location: Bekasi
Job Responsibility:
- Ensure the vendor procurement process runs smoothly and efficiently to support timely product distribution
- Manage all aspects of vendor contracts to ensure compliance with legal terms and company standards while minimizing risk
- Improve vendor performance and service quality through regular evaluations and negotiations to achieve better terms and conditions
- Build strong and productive relationships with vendors to ensure smooth distribution and address any issues that may arise
- Support the logistics and distribution team in achieving company growth targets through effective vendor and contract management
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields is essential
- Additional qualifications in contract management or supply chain are highly valued
- Maximum 3 years of experience in vendor management, contracts, or supply chain is required
- Fresh Graduates are welcome: Willingness to learn and adapt; internships or relevant coursework will be considered
- Experience in the distribution industry and contract negotiation is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in contract management applications and effective document management
- Able to work independently as well as working in a team and willing to work under pressure
- Able to join immediately
- Placement in Bekasi (Medan Satria – Pondok Ungu)
