The Core Objectives: 1. Execute on-the-ground lead generation and scraping for MEX and DAX partner acquisition. 2. Convert leads through direct engagement, deal-making, and onboarding. 3. Ensure area & stakeholders' readiness and operational footprint is live within 6 weeks of deployment. Essential Experience / Criteria: 1. Strong execution skills with attention to detail and target orientation. 2. Proven ability to work in the field with good operational and reporting discipline. 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Desirable Experience / Criteria: 1. Positive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset. 2. Preferably male, with a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and ability to operate a motorcycle. 3. Willing to be deployed to any area nationwide, starting with Banten Raya (Serang, Cilegon, Lebak, Pandeglang). Location & Duration of the Assignment: Location: Nationwide (initial deployment in Banten Raya) Duration: 3 months full-time (extendable based on performance) Please note that Temporary / Contractor Resources are subject to the Extended Workforce Policy (including a Length of Service limit)
Additional Information: - Minimum education bachelor's degree - Minimum experience 1 year - Experience in field support acquisitions, merchant acquisitions, partner engagement and partner acquisitions (drivers/dax) - Area focus sourcing is in Jakarta with the willingness to be deploy all around Indonesia - Will be regularly reporting to SQ Office
