Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Account Executive in South Jakarta to drive sales and new business development in event experiences and brand activations. The role involves managing client relationships, developing sales strategies, coordinating promotional events, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Oversee the planning and execution of promotional events.
Track and report on sales performance metrics.
Negotiate quotes and contracts with clients.
Collaborate with marketing and operational teams.
Identify and pursue new business leads, both with and without lead-generating tools and platforms.
Willingness to visit clients and work with a direct selling approach.
Qualifications:
Proven client relationship management and negotiation skills.
Experience in sales strategy development and execution.
Strong event management and promotional coordination skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, tracking sales metrics, and reporting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on-site in South Jakarta.
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in the M.I.C.E. industry and with brand activation agencies is a plus.
