Job Responsibilities

Service Expansion Strategy and Execution
  • Analyze customer needs and develop new services or products to meet market demand.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to build a competitive service lineup.
  • Develop customized solutions that provide value beyond customer expectations.

Strengthen Existing Customer Relationships
  • Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with customers, increasing customer retention and loyalty.
  • Proactively gather and implement customer feedback for continuous service improvement.
  • Implement processes and tools to enhance customer satisfaction.

Lead and Optimize Internal Operations
  • Lead the internal operations team to build efficient workflows and drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth business execution.
  • Introduce digital tools and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and resource allocation.

Data Analysis and Performance Management
  • Make data-driven decisions by analyzing customer purchasing trends and market movements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop improvement strategies.
  • Propose and execute business strategies based on both quantitative and qualitative data.

Team Management and Development
  • Lead a cross-functional team, fostering strong collaboration across departments.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, setting goals and conducting performance reviews to support their growth.
  • Drive new initiatives and maintain high team morale and motivation.



Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or operations leadership in B2B e-commerce or a related field.
  • Proven track record in customer engagement and service expansion.
  • Experience as a team leader with strong management skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Fluency in business-level English (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platform development and operations.
  • Experience in service innovation and development.
  • Experience in introducing digital tools and automation solutions.
