SECHI – Honey Hair Growth Shampoo

We’re looking for confident, energetic Beauty Brand Promoters to join our growing team and help us build SECHI’s presence across Indonesia.

What You’ll Do

• Represent SECHI in salons, beauty shops, and local communities
• Introduce the product with demos, samples, and education
• Build relationships with stylists, influencers, and beauty lovers
• Drive product sales and brand visibility
• Earn more as you grow your network and hit your targets!

Who We're Looking For

• Passionate about beauty and confident with people
• Experience in salons, beauty retail, or promotion is a plus
• Based in Bali, Jakarta, Surabaya or willing to travel
• Hairdressers, freelancers, beauty students, or micro-influencers welcome
• Friendly, motivated, social — Instagram/TikTok savvy is a bonus

What You’ll Get

• Base Salary starting from IDR 5M/month
• Commission on sales + Monthly Bonuses

• Beauty advisor in a retail shop: 1 year (Preferred)
• Be outgoing and approachable: 1 year (Required)
• Comfortable speaking with salon staff or clients: 2 years (Required)
