Key Qualifications:
Proven ability to manage multiple/parallel small IT projects simultaneously. This is paramount. We need someone who can effectively prioritize, track progress, and mitigate risks across a portfolio of concurrent initiatives.
5-7 years of dedicated experience as an IT Project Manager. You should have a strong track record of successful project delivery.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills. You'll be coordinating various tasks, resources, and stakeholders across multiple projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You'll need to effectively liaise with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
Demonstrated leadership qualities. The ability to motivate and guide project teams is essential.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Asana).
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain composure under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple small IT projects.
Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables for each initiative.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Allocate resources effectively across parallel projects.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
