Job Overview:

As the Area Manager for our retail and distribution business unit of Alphabet Co. in Bali, you will oversee the development, implementation, and management of retail strategies and initiatives across our stores in the region. You will develop strategies to meet sales targets and lead the team to drive revenue growth. Close teamwork with cross-functional teams is needed to ensure operational excellence and deliver measurable sales growth and customer satisfaction within your area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management: Fully responsible for achieving sales targets and other KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) across all stores/outlets in the Bali region.
• Retail Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales and operational strategies to increase revenue and profitability in the area of responsibility.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, mentor, and motivate ream to achieve their full potential and meet individual and team targets.
• Store Operations: Ensure all stores comply with high company operational standards, including merchandising, visual display, cleanliness, and stock management.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring stock management, ensuring optimal product availability, and minimizing losses.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct regular sales analyses, identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Customer Experience: Ensure that all store teams provide exceptional customer service, build brand loyalty, and handle customer feedback effectively.
• External Relations: Build and maintain good relationships with mall/local vendors and other relevant parties in the Bali region.
• Budget Management: Manage the area's operational budget efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Retail Area Manager or a similar managerial position, with a Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Work experience in the retail industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Residing in Bali or willing to relocate.
