Deskripsi pekerjaan After Sales Officer Apique Resikindo Prima

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all customer inquiries and issues exclusively through our Zoho Desk ticketing system.
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions to both technical and non-technical concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Monitor open tickets and ensure they are resolved within the defined SLA.
  • Maintain proper documentation of every customer interaction within the system.
  • Uphold excellent customer service standards and professionalism in every response.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Customer Support roles.
  • Strong written communication skills; able to explain solutions clearly and concisely through written messages.
  • Prior experience using ticketing platforms—Zoho Desk experience is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and national holidays.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive in handling multiple tickets at once.
