Deskripsi pekerjaan Senior Business Development Executive PT Sonar Analitika Indonesia

Responsibilities :

  • Strategic growth planning: Lead business development initiative for both SaaS and consulting services, aligning with company-wide growth objectives
  • Client engagement & Need Assessment: Proactively engage prospective clients to understand their specific needs, positioning our SaaS products and consulting services as tailored solutions.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Utilize a consultative selling approach to build trust with clients, providing strategic insights and recommending integrated solutions.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and negotiate key partnerships that strengthen our market presence and expand both out SaaS and consulting offerings.
  • Enterprise Client Acquisition: Drive new client acquisition efforts, particularly with large and enterprise-level clients, demonstrating the value of our software and consulting services.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends, refine our offerings and ensure alignment with evolving customer needs.
  • Pipeline Development & Management: Build, manage and optimize a robust sales pipeline, ensuring high-quality leads are nurtured and closed effectively.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and consulting teams to align sales strategies, optimize client experience, and provide insights for ongoing improvement.

Qualification:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Experience 3+ years in business development, with a strong background in B2B SaaS and consulting sales.
  • Track Record: Proven success in securing and managing enterprise clients and driving revenue growth in both SaaS and consulting environments.
  • Consultative Sales Expertise: Skilled in understanding complex client challenges, designing solutions, and presenting both software and consultancy offerings effectively.
  • Strategic Acumen: Strong ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies across product and service lines.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate, negotiate and build strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape and experience in a consulting or advisory role.
