Job Description
- Managing channels development activities and ensure team achievements
- Collaborate with key stakeholder to strategize, execute and monitor channels sales activity
- Proactively identifies and solves business problem faced by channels activity
- Attains revenue and margin objectives
- Anticipates market and competitive actions and build strategies to win and grow
- Proven track record as sales and managing the team
- Demonstrate proficiencies in building and maintaining customer and partner relationship
Qualifications
- Minimum S1 or Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Telecommunication & Computer
- MUST have experience in developing channels partnership such as education market, enterprise & government
- Minimum Experience 3 years as a sales marketing channel, account management in IT telecommunication & Computer
- Advanced experiences in selling education product, collaboration solution, interactive smart display, audio visual, unified communication, command center, video conference and data network
- Advanced in customer profilling
- Outstanding partnership, networking, and collaboration skill
- Accustomed to working with ERP system
- Advanced capability in using MS. Office application (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) and expert in presentation skills
- Having a good relationship with customer at any level
- Having a strong point in own-leadership
