Job Descriptions

  • Maintaining accounting procedures, systems and related internal control to ensure that it meets the company regulations.
  • Manage and Supervise the preparation of daily, monthly, and annual Accounting and Tax reports, also ensure all reports are timely submitted
  • Review the GL reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of all transaction recorded in accounting system
  • Manage and Supervise the execution of Standard Operational Procedures (SOP)
  • Coordinate and maintain company and subsidiaries, tax payments, reporting and tax compliance.
  • Maintain tax master data to be reconciled with accounting journal entry for monthly and annual tax reporting (CIT, VAT and WHT).
  • Review and Prepare Calculation and Form of Annual Corporate Income Tax Return
  • Handling Tax Audit/Appeal/Objection, SP2DK and Other Tax inquiry/Dispute
  • Assess tax implications and provide the most suitable recommendations on new business transactions
  • Liaise with tax consultant in providing documents and explanations to Tax Auditor
  • Liaise and maintain good relationship with tax authorities
  • Manage all aspects of tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of tax returns, tax payments, and tax provisions.
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring adherence to local regulations.
  • Supervision and training all subordinates, Manage and Supervise and give coaching to team

Qualifications

  • MUST has experience from Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) minimal 4 years
  • MUST has experience in holding and do consolidation report within entities & holding
  • Experience in budgeting & tax in managerial level or experience in supervisory level minimum 3 year
  • Must have Brevet A & B certificate
  • Preferably candidate with tax knowledge and experience (PPh 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 29; PPN)
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
  • Familiar with ERP, proficient in Excel functions and Office software.
  • Understanding the processes and procedures for managing data for tax audits and tax refunds
  • Have the ability to make tax planning, data processing and preparation of fiscal financial reports, tax reporting and tax audits
  • Extended knowledge of the changes of PSAK and tax regulations
  • Proven experience to monitor, check, and reconciliation of all transactions
  • Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills and highly organized
  • Independent (less supervision), able to work under pressure, Strong Analytical Skill, Attention to details
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment / fast-growing company
  • Detail-oriented, good team player
  • Strong in leadership, high integrity, and a problem solver
