Job Description

  • To complete various tax calculations, tax payments and tax filings on timely.
  • Review and/or prepare the monthly tax compliances and monthly tax returns including WHT and VAT.
  • Review and/or prepare the Corporate Income Tax Calculations and the annual tax returns.
  • Review and/or prepare the data/documents for the preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation.
  • Check WHT and VAT, tax invoices, proof of withholding income tax to ensure that the entire payment and reporting process is in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
  • Make updates on the latest tax regulations to ensure that all tax processes that are applied have followed the latest regulations.
  • Providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing.
  • Review and verify all payroll inputs, including timesheets, salary adjustments, and benefits deductions, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Process payroll on a regular schedule, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time, including processing any manual checks or adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain employee payroll records, including deductions, benefits, and other relevant data, ensuring records are up to date and in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data updates, such as new hires, terminations, salary changes, and promotions, are reflected in the payroll system.
  • Stay current on changes to payroll laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with gov. requirements.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management, HR, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and other payroll-related matters, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor and reconcile payroll-related accounts, such as vacation accruals, tax withholdings, and benefit deductions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with payroll audits, both internal and external, providing necessary documentation and information as required

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Tax
  • MUST have at least 3- 5 year(s) of working experience as Tax & Payroll Specialist in Tax Consulting Company
  • Preferable already have Brevet Certificate at least Brevet AB
  • Required skills: e-Form, e-SPT, e-Bupot, e-Unifikasi, e-Faktur, DJPOnline, Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Have experience in handling Tax Audits, SP2DK, and coordinating with Tax Auditors or Tax Offices.
  • Deeply understanding of Accounting Basics to support Tax Audits, SP2DK.
  • Able to review and/or prepare Tax Reconciliation, Sales vs VAT equalizations, Withholding Tax Equalization including PPh21, PPh23, PPh26, PPh4(2).
  • Able to work under deadline and result oriented.
  • Critical thinking, analytical, integrity, problem solving skills and good dedicated.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
