Job Description :
- Site survey and doing analysis location for new & existing all stores.
- Achieve the number of target stores expansion based on business target.
- Monitoring and evaluating potential locations for opening new stores based on planning and strategy development including competitor data analysis.
- Managing project matters of all stores till opening, align with timeline project and coordinate with related department in order to get smooth opening store.
- Check administration for all new stores and existing stores such as reply to offer letter, complaint letter, LOO, LOI / LOA, invoice, renewal agreement, etc.
- Maintain relationship with any leasing mall, agent, and owner.
Requirments :
- At least 3+ years of experience in business expansion, preferably finding
- A deep understanding of project management.
- Capable of handling numerous projects in a fastpaced.
- Negotiation skills.
- Able to work well within a team or independently.
