About the Team:
The acquisition team is tasked with expanding the driver base of 4-wheelers and 2-wheelers in Solo, designing
strategies, and managing resources to ensure a steady flow of driver-partners to the platform.
About the Assignment:
The team will be responsible for optimizing processes across the acquisition funnel, to create a seamless partner
experience from discovery to conversion.
Core Objectives:
1. The team is tasked with expanding the 4 and 2 wheel acquisition network in solo
2. Optimization of the acquisition funnel to create driver supply conversion
Desired Experience/Criteria:
1. Bachelor's degree holder (preferably experienced but fresh graduates are also considered}
2. work preferably in Marketing/Sales and operations.
3. E-commerce experience is a plus.
4. Excellent communication (in spoken and written English)
5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (MS. Excel, MS. Word and MS. Powerpoint) and Google Suite
Location Solo & Duration of Assignment 6 months
Bill rate is based on UMK Kota Surakarta 2025
Compensation, Benefit & Facilities:
Gross Basic Salary : 2,416,560
