The Cianjur Supply Management team is the backbone of our local operations. We're responsible for ensuring a

sufficient quantity and high quality of driver and merchant partners, allowing services to run smoothly and optimally for

users in Cianjur. Our primary goal is to build a strong, skilled, and loyal partner ecosystem for sustainable business

growth.

About the Assignment:

This assignment is crucial for supporting expansion and operational stability in Cianjur, especially as we navigate

growing demand and local market challenges. You'll be directly involved in the strategy and execution that shapes

future in Cianjur, with the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our partner community.

Core Objectives:

- Increase Partner Acquisition & Retention: Grow the number of active new driver and merchant partners, and

maintain high partner retention rates through effective engagement initiatives.

- Optimize Supply Quality & Availability: Ensure partner service quality meets standards and maintain optimal supply

availability to meet user demand across the Cianjur area.

- Partner Performance Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of partner performance data and provide

strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

Essential Experience / Criteria:

- Field Operations Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, community management, preferably

within the tech or logistics industry.

- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build strong

relationships with various stakeholders (partners, internal teams, local stakeholders).

- Basic Analytical Skills: Ability to understand and analyze simple data to identify operational trends and issues.

Desirable Experience / Criteria:

- Local Cianjur Market Understanding: Familiarity with the geographical conditions, demographics, and market

dynamics of transportation/logistics/F&B in Cianjur.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive in identifying problems and seeking innovative solutions.
