Deskripsi pekerjaan Store Supervisor First Crack Coffee
- Oversee and monitor all front and back of the cafe & restaurant operations
- Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
- Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferably in hospitality/tourism).
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Food/Beverage especially in Coffee Industry
- Willing to work on holidays
- Passionate in FnB or Coffee Industry
- Flexible work placement
