Overview :

Dibilabs.id is a digital marketing agency by dibimbing.id. This position will work under Dibilabs.id, not under Dibimbing.id or work for Dibimbing.id. We are seeking experienced Account Executive that will work with clients.

Responsibilities:

Nurture Leads Funnel:

  • Identify opportunities to increase deal value from qualified prospects and expedite the closing process.
  • Identify each leads to a certain funnel stage, develop, and execute strategy to nurture leads to a lower funnel
  • Converting leads that may have stagnated at the qualification stage into finalized deals, ensuring swift progression while maximizing project value.
  • Analyse potential upsell or cross sell based on clients/leads current needs and increase account value of existing client/leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, creating trust and long-term business partnerships.
  • Engage in consultative selling, offering expert advice to help clients make informed decisions.

Sales Closer:

  • Conduct high-level sales meetings and calls to understand the client’s needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals effectively.
  • Address objections, overcome obstacles, and provide solutions to drive a sale to completion.
  • Support all administrative needs for a sales completion with existing team

Sales Process Management:

  • Follow up on qualified leads passed from the sales team and nurture them to conversion.
  • Track sales pipeline progress and update CRM tools with real-time data on opportunities, stages, and outcomes.
  • Ensure a seamless handover from the sales team to account management or customer success teams after the sale.

Sales Strategy and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine closing strategies and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to sales management.

Market and Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively answer questions and sell solutions.
  • Stay updated on competitors' offerings and market developments to anticipate customer needs."

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in closing sales and exceeding revenue targets (2+ years in sales or related fields)
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Experience working with CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and sales data.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry trends and competitors’ positioning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field
  • 2+ year of Experience in B2B sales or a specific industry the company operates in.
  • Advanced knowledge of pricing strategies, deal structuring, and contract negotiation.
  • Understanding of marketing and sales funnel
  • Understanding of basic and/or advance digital marketing tools and knowledge
  • Up to date with common sales/community practice
  • Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities
  • Effective Communication
  • Experience in Lead Generation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build
