Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from S1 majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in finance, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team of finance professionals.
- Able to master Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent command of verbal and written English & Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certified in related field would be advantageous.
Job Description Finance Manager:
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Responsible for managing all financial operations of the company, ensuring financial health, compliance, and supporting aligned strategic decisions.
- Responsible for managing financial administration.
- Prepare cashflow reports in accordance with applicable format standards, ensuring accuracy, on time, and accountability.
- Maintan accurate financial records by recording day to day financial transactions.
- Coordinate with production department.
- Perform any other duties related to finance.
- Conducting follow-up on customer billing and collections.
