As a Ticketing Staff, your primary responsibility is to assist customers in purchasing tickets. You will handle ticket sales, provide information about available options, and ensure a seamless booking experience for customers.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality or equivalent.
- One year experience in the similar position, fresh graduate welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in using ticketing software systems.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and transactions.
- Familiarity with cash handling and payment processing procedures.
- Pleasant personality with great hospitality attitude.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
