You will be responsible for:

  1. Research on laws, regulations, standards, legal articles, and other relevant sources relating to various business sectors, including but not limited to the field of Electrical, Agriculture, F&B and Medical Devices.
  2. Analyze research findings to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  3. Draft legal reports or summarize the research findings.
  4. Organize and present information clearly, systematically, and in an easily understandable format.
  5. Provide input on legal arguments or references that can be included in legal documents.
  6. Keep track of changes or updates in laws and regulations that might impact the cases or legal sector.
  7. Research to find and evaluate the latest precedent (case law) relevant to a particular case or topic.
  8. Ensure that all findings and sources of information are properly recorded in the established document management systems.
  9. Maintain confidentiality regarding information discovered during the legal research process and ensure the security of sensitive data related to clients and cases.

General Requirements:

  1. Male / Female, Max 35 years old.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.) or a related field.
  3. Internship or previous experience working as a legal assistant in a law firm, government agency, or company requiring legal research.
  4. Good in English writing, reading, and speaking.
  5. Excellent research abilities with attention to detail.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  7. A proactive learner with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  8. Creative mindset with a strong interest in standards and regulations trends and strategies.
  9. Having good communication, analytical skills, and excellent problem-solving skills.
  10. Willing to support and serve customers.
  11. Willing to learn and able to work in a team.
  12. Honest, dynamic, disciplined, initiative, hard-working, self-motivated person.
